As we celebrate Thanksgiving I wish to express our sincere thanks to our employees, customers, suppliers, investors and partners.

Thank you for your team work, individual contributions and personal commitment to our success. I also want to thank you for your continued focus on safety and the environment for the well-being of our employees, families and communities.
